for some reason I wanted to do ghirahim. with and without cloak.

Day 8 - Favorite Incarnation of Zelda: Skyward Sword
Sure, Sheik and Tetra would definitely win because of their sheer badassness, but… um… they don’t feel like true ‘Zeldas’ to me, y’know? More like different identities of the real thing…
This Zelda is just too sweet and kind and free-spirited, but isn’t afraid to put her foot down and doesn’t take anyone’s shit. But then all this shit happens to her and she gets forced into a role she doesn’t really want; she just wants to go back to her normal life and be with Link and aaahh I feel for ya girl :(
Plus her design is like a breath of fresh air from most of the recent Zeldas. (they look like they just rehashed the same design with only a few minor style changes… apart from the toon ones who uses THE EXACT SAME DESIGN OVER AND OVER urgh) I like the different hairstyle they used for her, even though I normally don’t like straight-cut fringes…
I have a strong urge to call this series “The Disappointments of Zelda”…
When The Imprisoned broke out of its seal for the first time, I got overly excited because the head looked like it could belong to a dragon-like creature (sort of like Molgera from Wind Waker)
But then the image zoomed out and revealed his entire body…
(he’s still kinda cute tho)
This game is CRAMMED WITH LULZ AND WTF.
I didn’t want to spoil myself with ANYTHING with this game, because of previous experiences… so when I reach a new dungeon/temple I try to guess how the boss is gonna be like. Like with the first fire temple; the place is full of cool oriental dragon decorations, and one of the enemies is a Lizalfos. So naturally I thought the boss would be a lizard or dragon-like thing.
Obviously that wasn’t the case.
Haven’t got any new stuff to show, so I’ll just upload some old sketches that I’ll never finish.
This was drawn soon after watching this trailer. I fell in love with the birds as soon as I saw them :3
(I like how the red one came out, but the blue one looks like shit)
